Who we are
An export house that also makes what it sells
Transact India Exports has supplied children's garments to overseas buyers from Park Street, Kolkata since 1993. Today our main customers are importers and retailers in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, and we ship across the GCC.
We are semi-manufacturers. We produce part of our range ourselves and make the rest with partner factories we have worked with for years. Either way, your order is developed, inspected, packed and shipped by our own team.

How we work
From your brief to a shipped order
Seven stages, each with an owner on our team and a planned date, so nothing waits on a missed follow-up.
Enquiry and sampling
Send us your design, a reference picture or a sample. We develop proto samples and cost them for you.
Sales contract
We confirm styles, quantities in dozens, price and ex-factory date, and issue the sales order in English or Arabic.
Design numbers, specs and size charts
Every design gets its own design number, spec sheet and size chart, approved before production starts.
Fabric and trims
Fabric, labels, buttons, zips and packing materials are ordered against each purchase order and checked on arrival.
Production
Garments are cut, stitched and finished in our own unit or at a partner factory, with our merchandisers following every line.
Quality control
Four inspections, from the first pieces off the line to a sample from the packed shipment.
Packing and shipment
Garments are tagged, packed and carton-marked to your instructions, and shipped with complete export documents.
Order tracking
You always know where your order is
Every order runs on our step-by-step tracking system. Each step has an owner, a planned date and an actual date, from the sales order to ex-factory.
- Delays show up the day they happen, not at shipment time

Quality
Checked four times before it ships
Our quality controllers inspect fabric, trims, colour, size ratio, measurements and workmanship against the approved sample. Each stage is scored and gets its own written report.

First QC
The first pieces off the line are checked against the approved sample before bulk production runs.

Mid-line QC
During production we check workmanship, measurements and size ratio so problems are fixed early.

End-line QC
Finished garments are inspected for stains, damage, stitching and measurements before packing.

Shipment sample QC
A sample is drawn from the packed lot and scored the same way, with a separate report for the shipment.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We work in dozens per style. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm what is possible for that style.

Yes. Send us a design, a picture or a physical sample. We develop proto samples, cost them, and start bulk production only after you approve.

How long does production take?
We agree an ex-factory date in the sales contract and plan every step back from it.

Can you use our own labels and tags?
Yes. We stitch in your wash care labels and attach your barcode stickers, tags and carton markings to your instructions.
Can we get documents in Arabic?
Yes. We issue sales orders in Arabic or English, whichever your team prefers.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Terms are agreed per buyer and written into the sales contract.
